A refreshing field blend crafted from Ruby Mac, McIntosh, Gold Rush, Empire, & Golden Delicious apples, all grown by our dear friend Ed Evenson in See Canyon. 9.2% ABV
2. ORIGINAL
A tart, green apple, bone dry cider. Carefully crafted with West Coast apples, dry hopped, and barrel fermented for a bright and refreshing finish. 6.9% alc.
5. LYCHEE DOES IT
Light, floral, and a little unexpected— thiscrisp hard cider is co-fermented with juicy lychee. It’s your invitation to unwind, relax,and savor something dierent. 6.9% alc.
3. POLY DOLLY
A unique blend of cider and rosé. Dry-hopped Cascade and Citra hops. This cider has notes of watermelon and rosé for a bright full finish. 7.9% alc.
6. PARROTHEAD
This tropical delight is pineapple co-fermented and aged to perfection! Fresh pineapple and creamy coconut flavors will have you wasting away on Limestone Way, flip-flops optional. 6.9% alc.

Light, crisp, and refreshing. A sparkling twist on a classic favorite. This sangria inspired seltzer is juicy and bright, with notes of ripe orange and lemon zest 6% alc.

Bold and unwavering, this cider co-fermented with Riesling from Union Sacré—blends crisp apples with the vibrant elegance of Riesling. Inspired by Xavier, the ultimate “all or nothing” guy, it’s a cider that never compromises. 7.7% alc.
8. KEEP CALM & CARIGNAN
Stay cool with this crisp, refreshing cider. Co-fermented with Carignan from Richvale Wine Co. it’s a perfectly balanced blend—smooth, juicy, and effortlessly refined. 11% alc.
