A tart, green apple, bone dry cider. Carefully crafted with West Coast apples, dry hopped, and barrel fermented for a bright and refreshing finish. 6.9% alc.
2. POLY DOLLY
A unique blend of cider and rosé. Dry-hopped Cascade and Citra hops. This cider has notes of watermelon and rosé for a bright full finish. 7.9% alc.
4. MR. ABSOLUTE
Bold and unwavering, this cider co-fermented with Riesling from Union Sacré—blends crisp apples with the vibrant elegance of Riesling. Inspired by Xavier, the ultimate “all or nothing” guy, it’s a cider that never compromises. 7.7% alc.
3. CASTAWAY
An escape in a glass. Co-fermented with papaya and feijoa, this crisp, tropical cider is juicy, aromatic, and a little wild. One sip, and you're stranded in the best way possible. 9.5% alc.
5. HUBBA HUBBA
A collaboration with our favorite neighbor - Hubba Wines. Taking her counoise and blending it with our hard apple cider, you have the best of both worlds right inside of Tin City. 11% alc.

SELTZER
No passport required! Bursting with juicy papaya flavor and crisp bubbles, it’s like a tropical beach day in a glass. Light, refreshing, and just the right hint of sweet, for sunny vibes and easy sipping. 5% alc.

Stay cool with this crisp, refreshing cider. Co-fermented with Carignan from Richvale Wine Co. it’s a perfectly balanced blend—smooth, juicy, and effortlessly refined. 11% alc.
